"ATOMIC DICTATION" AT THE RUSSIAN STATE LIBRARY
200 participants simultaneously wrote the "Atomic Dictation" in the Oak Hall of the Russian State Library—the largest library in Russia.
This is a historic event for the project: on its anniversary, the "Atomic Dictation" was held within the walls of the legendary Leninka Library.
The event was moderated by Daria Sorokina—an ambassador of the "Atomic Cities" Union, political scientist, political technologist, advisor to a Moscow City Duma deputy, and lecturer for the Russian "Znanie" Society.
The honorary guests of the event were: the head of the city of Sarov Alexey Safonov, the deputy director of the Russian State Library Ksenia Glinka and the head of the Department of Development of the Russian Society "Znanie" Vyacheslav Karpilyansky.
During the event, a welcome address from the head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Evgeny Primakov, was read out. It noted that such initiatives become a powerful resource for people's diplomacy, which is celebrating its centenary this year. Evgeny Primakov wished the "Atomic Dictation" further development and expansion of its geography, emphasizing that the project should inspire the younger generation to study exact sciences and strengthen the image of the Russian nuclear industry in the world.
All participants received commemorative gifts, serving as a memento of the significance of the event and their personal participation in the anniversary "Atomic Dictation."
