How to register participants in your account and cut the time spent collecting personal data consents
Use your venue’s unique link from the «Participants» section of the account. You can post it on your website and social media, or send it in messengers or by email. Once a participant follows the link and completes registration, they are attached to your venue and appear in the «Participants» section. If you have chosen the online format, their result will also appear in your account automatically once they finish the challenge.
Send participants your venue’s unique link in advance. They will then fill in the required details themselves and appear in the organiser’s account automatically.
They can register through the venue’s unique link on the day of the event. If a participant takes the challenge on a paper sheet without registering on the site, the organiser can add them to the account manually afterwards.
Participation is not limited to students. You can invite the employees of your organisation, members of programmes, clubs, societies and communities, and anyone else who is interested.
The recommended age is 12+.
Participants must consent to the processing of their personal data if that data is going to be stored in the venue's account. Consents to the processing of personal data are collected electronically only.
Participants aged 14 and over can confirm their consent to the processing of personal data only electronically, by following the venue's invitation link. If a participant did not register through the link and did not confirm consent at registration, the organiser does not pass on their personal data. In that case the results are submitted as anonymised lists ("Participant" instead of a name).
For participants under 14, whether they register through the invitation link or not, participation is anonymised: personal data is neither collected nor processed.
