Reporting

What reporting is required and by when

What has to be done after the challenge?

Check the results of the in-person participants, enter the necessary data in the account and prepare the materials for the final report: participant details (name and score), photos and video and a short account of how the event went.

When does the final report become available?

The final report form becomes available on the day the challenge is run at your venue. If the challenge runs over several dates, it opens on the last of them.

By when does the report have to be sent?

The final report has to be sent within three days of the event.

What has to be uploaded and filled in in the final report?

Upload the files the report calls for and your best photo and video materials, fill in the field about how the challenge went and leave an additional comment if you want to. Also give the actual number of participants and their results — how many points each participant scored.

Do I have to upload scans of all the answer sheets?

Answer sheets are only used to check the participants’ results. There is no need to keep them once you have finished with the results, or to send them with the final report.

Should I publish anything about the challenge we ran?

We welcome your posts about the event on social media and on your organisation’s own channels with our official tags. Please do not publish the questions or the correct answers before September 29, 2026.
